I love it when I can play a sport or a game like Fit N Fun that I enjoy and get a workout without feeling like it is a chore. Occasionally I get vertigo and have to take it easy, so I can adapt the exercises to make sure I don’t get dizzy and make things worse. I feel like you can make this game as hard or as easy as you want by just adapting each exercise to suit your ability and fitness level. Give it a try and see for yourself!
