Kids thrive on play, so instead of structured workouts, focus on activities that feel more like games. Organize scavenger hunts, obstacle courses, or playful competitions. You don’t need elaborate plans or fancy equipment. Jump rope, hopscotch, tag, or even just exploring the outdoors can be enough to spark joy and keep kids active. The simpler the activity, the easier it is to incorporate it into their daily routine.  No equipment is needed for our Fit-N-Fun Games Bootcamp Edition (although handweights are optional).  We also demonstrate all of the exercises with a QR Code to our website where a certified exercise specialist demonstrates the correct form for each exercise plus modifications, making it perfect for beginners and experienced exercises alike.
